Eyes Closed or Eyes Open: Sharing From Personal Experience

This video continues on our previous article, “Meditation: Eyes Open or Eyes Closed.” In this video, I will discuss the topic of meditating with eyes closed or open and how I started practising with eyes open. I will share some suggestions and my personal experience with meditation with eyes closed or open and explain why I mostly meditate with eyes open today.
